Registration and Conference FeesAll participants must register and pay the fee. This includes the welcome reception, abstract booklet, attendance to the sessions and to the scientific exhibit, coffee breaks, etc.
At least one author of each contribution must register by 31 December 1999. The Organizing Committee intends to make available a limited amount of financial support for travel and accommodation expenses of doctoral students. Letters of application for this support, with a copy of the abstract(s) of the contributed paper(s) and a confirmation of the student status by the supervisor, should be sent to the Conference Chairman, at the conference address no later than 31 October 1999. The allotted amounts will depend on the funding status of the conference and the number of applications. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be sent to the applicants by the end of November 1999. Community. Methods of PaymentPayment for the conference registration and excursions fees can be remitted in Swiss Francs (CHF) only, by Credit Cards, Check or Bank Transfer. Please make sure that payments are remitted without charge to the beneficiary. You can provide payment by using the registration form, above. Please mail or fax it to the indicated address.
